These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Estibill ("Service"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Estibill lets you create customers, work categories, and estimates, quotations, and invoices, and generate branded PDF documents from them.

Plans & Billing

• Free plan: up to 5 documents total, at no cost.
• Monthly plan: ₹99 per month, billed monthly, for unlimited documents.
• Yearly plan: ₹799 per year, billed annually, for unlimited documents.
• Paid subscriptions are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same plan and duration unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the business, customer, and pricing information you enter — Estibill generates documents from the data you provide.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access another account or its data, disrupting the Service, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update or change features of the Service from time to time.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
