  • Business data you create: customers, categories/rates, and the estimates, quotations, and invoices you generate.
  • Billing information: if you subscribe to a paid plan, payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details ourselves — Razorpay handles that directly.
  • Usage data: basic technical information (such as browser type and access times) that most web applications collect automatically.

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and operate the Service, including generating your documents and PDFs.
  • To manage your account, free-document usage, and subscription status.
  • To communicate with you about your account, billing, or support requests.
  • To maintain the security and reliability of the Service.

Data Isolation Between Accounts

Estibill is multi-tenant software: every customer, category, and document you create is scoped to your own account. Other Estibill users cannot see your business data, and you cannot see theirs.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run the Service (such as Razorpay for payment processing, and our hosting provider), or where required by law.

Data Retention

We retain your account and document data for as long as your account is active, so you can continue to access your estimates, quotations, and invoices. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.

You can review and update your Business Profile and account details at any time while logged in. To request a copy of your data or its deletion, please contact us using the details below.
